100% scam. There is no lottery. There is no Nokia, Shell, BBC, Yahoo, Coca-Cola, MSN, Microsoft, BMW or any other company in the entire world that sponsors a lottery that notifies winners via email, phone call or text. Any phone number that starts with +44-70 or anything similar is not based in the United Kingdom. It is from a UK based cell phone redirect service that can be answered by anyone anywhere in the world. It is a favorite service of scammers who want to pretend to be in the United Kingdom but are really half way around the world from there. There is only a scammer trying to steal your hard-earned money. The next email will be from another of the scammer's fake names and free email addresses pretending to be the "lottery official" and will demand you pay for made-up fees and taxes, in cash, and only by Western Union or moneygram. Western Union and moneygram do not verify anything on the form the sender fills out, not the name, not the street address, not the country, not even the gender of the receiver, it all means absolutely nothing. The clerk will not bother to check ID and will simply hand off your cash to whomever walks in the door with the MTCN# and question/answer. Neither company will tell the sender who picked up the cash, at what store location or even in what country your money walked out the door. Neither company has any kind of refund policy, money sent is money gone forever. Now that you have responded to a scammer, you are on his 'potential sucker' list, he will try again to separate you from your cash. I have been collecting unemployment insurance since July of 2011. at the same time, I worked as a work study student for the University of South Carolina. Now this is February 2012, I received two sets of documents to file with the IRS: A 1099 from the Unemployment Insurance and a W-2 from the University of South Carolina. you must report ALL earnings to the unemployment office, even scholarships that pay for anything other then tuition cost are income and must be reported....... Question by : was awarded a catering tender and was told to have 2 references and liability insurance in place by 5pm on Tue? i was awarded the catering tender at the Laois AEC in Portarlington in county Laois and was told to have 2 references and my public liability insurance "720euro" in place by 5pm on 30/08/2011 which i had done, i later rang the lady MARGRET MORRIN who awarded the tender to me and asked if she had recieved all the paper work that i had faxed to her. she said she had recieved the references but not the insurance papers so i rang my insurance coy and they said that all papers were sent and that they had the fax sent report and the papers were sent at 3.26pm more than 11/2 hours before the deadline. i rang the AEC back and the lady said she had found the papers but had decided to "PULL THE PLUG" on the catering as it would cost too much to equip the kitchen. i have spent 3 weeks advising on equiptment and design and hired 2 staff members who were on social welfare and who have signed off same, now i have to tell them to sign back on again. its going to take weeks to get their claims back. all my paper work was in on time. WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE. Best answer for was awarded a catering tender and was told to have 2 references and liability insurance in place by 5pm on Tue?:

It hurts to be kicked in that area. Just pick yourself up, and start over again. The road of life is filled with a few potholes.
